FOND DU LAC – A search warrant executed Jan. 16 resulted in a significant Fond du Lac drug bust and two arrests at a residence on Sixth Street.

The operation was carried out by the Lake Winnebago Area MEG Drug Unit in partnership with the Fond du Lac Police Department, as part of an ongoing Wisconsin drug investigation targeting suspected drug trafficking in the area.
Fond du Lac Police Department said in a news release that during the search of the home officers seized cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and U.S. currency — items commonly associated with illegal drug distribution in Fond du Lac County.
Two suspects — Willie S. Davis, 50, and Jesse J. Seltrecht, 37 — were taken into custody on probation/parole holds and transported to Fond du Lac County Jail.
On Jan. 22, multiple charges were filed in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court.
Davis faces charges including the following, all as party to a crime:
- Possession with intent to deliver cocaine;
- Maintaining a drug trafficking place;
- Possession with intent to deliver THC;
- Possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin;
- Possession of THC; and
- Possession of drug paraphernalia.
Seltrecht faces charges including the following, all as party to a crime:
- Possession with intent to deliver cocaine, second and subsequent offense;
- Maintaining a drug trafficking place, second and subsequent offense;
- Possession with intent to deliver THC, second and subsequent offense;
- Possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, repeater;
- Possession of THC; and
- Possession of drug paraphernalia, repeater.
Online court records reveal both Davis and Seltrecht are being held on $15,000 cash bond with their next court dates preliminary hearings at 1:30 p.m. March 3 before Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Judge Laura Lavey. Assistant District Attorney Joseph Radish is prosecuting.
