A Winnipeg man faces 77 charges after police seized firearms, meth, cocaine, fentanyl, and cash during a trafficking probe.

A Winnipeg man is facing 77 firearms and drug-related charges following a major organised crime investigation that led to the seizure of guns, narcotics, and cash in Manitoba.
The investigation was carried out by the Winnipeg Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit and focused on suspected drug trafficking activity within the city. Authorities announced the charges on May 23, 2026, following the execution of search warrants at multiple locations in Winnipeg.
According to police, officers seized several firearms, quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl, as well as cash believed to be proceeds of crime. Investigators also recovered ammunition, prohibited weapon accessories, and materials allegedly connected to narcotics distribution.

Authorities stated the suspect now faces a total of 77 charges related to firearms possession, drug trafficking, possession of proceeds obtained by crime, and other weapons offences. Police did not publicly release the suspect’s identity in the original announcement.
The Winnipeg Police Service said the seizure highlights the ongoing connection between organised drug trafficking and illegal firearms within the city. Investigators added that the Guns and Gangs Unit continues targeting criminal groups involved in narcotics distribution and violent crime across Manitoba.
Authorities confirmed the investigation remains ongoing and additional enforcement actions could follow.
