Four Toronto Men Charged After Saskatoon Drug Raid

Four men in their 20s from Toronto are facing a combined 28 charges in Saskatoon after a drug trafficking investigation that led to the seizure of cocaine, a loaded firearm, and large amounts of cash, police said.

The Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) carried out search warrants on June 4 at two homes in the city, one on Meadows Parkway and another on Akhtar Bend as part of an ongoing investigation.

Inside the properties, officers found more than 2.8 kilograms of cocaine. A loaded Glock 23 pistol and ammunition were also seized.

Police said they also recovered $33,949 in Canadian currency, US$899, and $28,500 in counterfeit cash. Investigators additionally confiscated drug packaging materials, digital scales, cellphones, and high-value items including jewelry, bags, and shoes.

The four accused are all men in their 20s from Toronto, according to police. They are collectively facing 28 charges, though authorities have not released details of the specific allegations.

Police said further information may be released as it becomes available.
